Store your kookies at room temperature for up to 7-10 days, or freeze them as soon as they arrive for up to 1 month freshness.
To enjoy from frozen, microwave for 45-60 seconds until warm and gooey.

All Kookie Monster orders are shipped Monday-Thursday to make sure your kookies arrive fresh and perfect.
Orders placed after Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
Cancellations or order changes must be made before dispatch.
